Job Description: Plant Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement machine and process enhancements
• Work on topics related to scrap reduction (lean manufacturing)
• Execute hardware and software changes
• Suggest changes to production line controls as necessary
• Take responsibility for productivity, scrap rate, and organization of defined products

Requirements:

• Experience in plant manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Skills in hardware and software modifications
• Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
