Job Description: Freelance Plant Manager

Location: Ghent, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all production-related tasks
• Focus on achieving short and medium-term goals
• Create a continuous improvement strategy
• Implement a strong corporate culture
• Report and survey plant performance in conjunction with HSE and quality
• Motivate, support, and inspire the management team
• Have full P&L responsibility

Requirements:

• Experience in plant management
• No Nonsense mentality

Reporting Line:

Report directly to the VP of Operations
