To strengthen our BU Central PerfectDraft team (Germany, Italy and Sweden) we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated intern who can support us in the retention and acquisition process as well as the introduction of various technical projects. We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner and anticipate customer needs. Therefore, we are looking for candidates with a customer-centric mindset and a results-oriented approach. You work closely with the PerfectDraft team at BU Central in Leuven.

Roles:

A. Support and Collaboration: Support the Customer Relationship and Network Management teams. Work closely with various stakeholders across the PerfectDraft global team.

B. Analysis: Assist the team in analyzing data and reports on KPIS and metrics related to PerfectDraft performance. Based on the analysis, we recommend improvements to our current policies and processes.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in English; other languages ​​(Swedish and German) an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
