People and Culture Generalist | Nivelles

We are currently looking for a Humanities and Culture Generalist for our partner, an industrial company located in the Nivelles region. This internationally renowned company contributes to product production and manufacturing around the world.

As an HR and Culture Generalist, you will work with HR Managers on a variety of HR projects. As an HR and Culture Generalist, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in HR strategy.
• Implement soft HR policies (talent retention, skills development, diversity and inclusion).
• A key HR partner for inclusion and integration.
• Advice on local legislation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Initial experience as a human resources employee in an industrial production environment is an advantage.
