Payroll and T&A Supplier Management PM ⚠P, Global Risk Compliance TRC is looking for a person with an extensive background in managing Third Party (⚠P) Payroll and Time & Time Senior Project Manager Attendance Provider. The ideal candidate is a proactive, motivated individual with a strong background in vendor management for a ⚠P payroll and timesheet provider (Global Recruitment or Paycom experience preferred). This position requires a high level of strategic thinking and in-depth analysis and problem solving. You must be a strong project manager with the ability to drive the selection, standardization and systematic control of ⚠P providers globally. You can handle ambiguity easily and enjoy working on different problems every day. You must be an excellent writer and able to succinctly communicate complex payroll topics from a business perspective. You are a leader who can influence others, set priorities, communicate clearly and persuasively, understand how to deliver outstanding results within a strong and talented team, and drive change in other organizations. Independent, flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment and uncertainty. Proven analytical decision-making skills in drawing conclusions on issues. The excitement of working hard and making history. Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and business functions, with an eye for detail and the ability to own cross-organizational issues and drive resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication.

A day in the life. Global Recruitment's Shipping Risk and Compliance team identifies and mitigates risk in a rapidly growing and complex global environment. To support the business, our primary responsibility is to conduct independent, objective, risk-based assessments of Global Recruitment Partners’ activities and related controls to improve operations, compliance, risk management, and overall program success. This position will work closely with operations, compliance, legal, finance and HR teams to implement best-in-class customer-focused compliance and risk management tools and processes. Basic qualifications. Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements. Experience leading project strategy, end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field. Understand payroll, labor and employment and European regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field Proficiency in spoken and written German
