The position can be located in any corporate office of Global Recruitment in Europe that has a strong background in ⚠P Payroll and Time and Attendance. The perfect candidate is a motivated beginning with a strong background in ⚠P Payroll and Time & Attendance (Global Recruitment or Paycom experience is beneficial). This position will necessitate high level strategic thinking that will lead to deep analysis of problems. You must have a strong project management ability that enables the selection, standardization, and systematic control of ⚠P providers worldwide. You're adept at handling ambiguity and enjoy solving different issues every day. You must have a remarkable talent for writing and be able to communicate complicated payroll information in business terminology. You're a leader that can inspire people, focus, communicate effectively and passionately, and understand how to produce exceptional results with a talented and committed team, as well as being able to catalyze change in other organizations. Your methods of program management are a great example for others. You consistently and effectively deliver what is appropriate. You describe the goals and objectives in detail. You programmed the area around your program into a crisp sequence of decisions about what projects should be moved forward and in what order they should be prioritized. You take an active role in recognizing dangers and bringing them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans to circumvent them before they become impediments. Self-starters, with a variety of options available to them, they are flexible and can work in an fast-moving environment and ambiguous situations. They have a demonstrated capacity to drive issues to completion and have an enthusiasm for hard work and creating history. They pay attention to detail and are able to take ownership of problems across the organization and address them. To assist the business, our primary goal is to conduct independent, risk-based evaluations of the actions of Global Recruitment partners and related controls with the intention of improving efficiency, compliance, risk management and overall success of the program. This role will have a direct association with the Transportation industry,Compliance, Legal, Finance, andHR departments in order to implement cutting-edge risk management and customer-centered compliance tools and processes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience utilizing data and metrics to identify and improve processes
• Experience having a program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to higher ups
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field knowledge of payroll, labor and employment in the German legal system

Preferred qualifications include:

• a master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field knowledge of payroll, labor and employment in the European legal system
