Role: Work with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely wage and bonus payments. Master stakeholder management and resolve uncertainties or disagreements with time stewards, managers, warehouses, external partners, etc. Work with our dedicated master data team for a thorough master data accuracy check. Identify gaps in systems or processes and take proactive steps to resolve them. Continuously looking to improve our payroll processes to increase efficiency.

Agile Insights: Familiarity with agile methods is a clear advantage. Language skills: Knowledge of Dutch or French and English. Legal acumen: A has a solid understanding of social legislation.
