Job Description: Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to become part of a medical partner, based in Brussels. As a medical institution that is diverse and has a multilingual approach, our partner's business provides care in multiple locations in Brussels, they accompany their patients in this endeavor. They provide custom treatments that take into account the patient's personal preferences and preferences regarding humane treatment.

As a specialist in Payroll, you will assist the Payroll Manager. White-collar employee administration and payroll management from intake to exit. Cooperative Payroll management of employees with the social department. Help with the development of audits regarding human resources procedures. Ensure compliance with social regulations that are strict.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or another similar field.
• Fluent in both French and English or Dutch.
• At least one previous experience in the Payroll Department or Payroll Consulting.
• Curious, practical, meticulous, and have exceptional communication abilities.
