One of our business partners is currently looking for a trusted payroll expert to join their team in Zaventem.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will work for a Belgian company that has expanded into large markets across various industries. Our partner is looking for his future colleagues!

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage payroll administration (employees/workers, legal documents)
• Handle internal and external requests
• Offer benefits (insurance, meal vouchers, incentives, etc.) to your customers
• Lead your own strategic payroll and management projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Fluent in Dutch, French, or English
• At least ⚠ years of experience in human resources management
• Well organized, a team player, and good relationship building skills
