Responsibilities:

• Oversee compensation, labor laws, and benefits management
• Ensure Payroll Management compliance with white-collar crime regulations
• Communicate daily personnel information
• Collaborate with the social chair's file manager
• Contribute to human resources projects development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• ⚠ years of experience as a Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
