As a payroll partner, you are responsible for payroll and personnel management. Our partners are committed to health and support scientific research. This is a company that operates with an omni-channel approach and technological innovation. As a Payroll Officer, you will work alongside the Human Resources Service Center Leader. Process payroll data in internal systems. Monitoring of personnel files, benefits, absences, part-time work requests... Management of payroll and social documents. Regularly communicate internal regulations and laws to employees. Bachelor's degree in Payroll and Human Resources Management or similar field. Fluent in Dutch, French or English. Minimum ⚠ years of payroll and HR management experience. Organizational skills, open-mindedness, team spirit and analytical sensitivity.
