Our business partners in the energy sector are looking for the enthusiastic and motivated Payroll Medewerker to join his team in Brussels!

As Payroll Medewerker, you are the central point of contact for people management for the employees of our business partners. Our partners ensure the transmission of electricity from generators to distribution network operators throughout Belgium!

Sustainability is an integral part of their business. Their investment allows them to integrate large amounts of renewable energy!

Provide answers to legislative questions (employees/workers). Daily management of human resources administration. Together with your social secretariat you are responsible for the Belgian payroll calculations. Manage payroll and benefits documents.

Bachelor's degree in Payroll and Human Resources Management or similar field. Fluent in Dutch, French or English. Minimum ⚠ years of payroll and HR management experience. Rigor, good organization, teamwork and analytical sensitivity.
