Job Description: Payroll Consultant
We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our partner based in Brussels, specializing in legal and human resources counseling for small businesses in Belgium.
As a Payroll Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting clients and collaborating with the Team Leader
- Managing a large number of files for SMs
- Overseeing administrative processes for white/blue-collar employees
- Providing guidance and legal oversight
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all Payroll activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or related field
- Fluency in French and English or Dutch
- Minimum of two years of experience in Payroll and personnel management
- Resilient under stress, strong team player, willingness to travel, and be available
