Job Description: Payroll Consultant

We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our partner based in Brussels, specializing in legal and human resources counseling for small businesses in Belgium.

As a Payroll Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting clients and collaborating with the Team Leader
  • Managing a large number of files for SMs
  • Overseeing administrative processes for white/blue-collar employees
  • Providing guidance and legal oversight
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all Payroll activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or related field
  • Fluency in French and English or Dutch
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Payroll and personnel management
  • Resilient under stress, strong team player, willingness to travel, and be available
