Your Tasks:

• Organization: You will purchase and distribute parts as needed to fulfill our service obligations. In addition, you are responsible for receiving, picking up, and shipping orders. We trust you to perform flawless warehouse management and enable your service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Quality Assurance: When accepting parts, we trust you to ensure the quality and accuracy of the parts and documentation delivered. Your care means efficient service appointments and effective workflow.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate across teams and work closely with suppliers to ensure parts availability. They review orders and plan accordingly, track changes, and communicate about changes quickly.
• Communication: To provide a seamless experience for customers, maintain a high level of communication with local service teams and vendors.
• Multitasking: To provide exceptional support, you will handle multiple priorities while increasing efficiency, organizing workload, and proactively resolving issues. They ensure that we are always able to serve our clients on time and never lose sight of the bigger picture.

Your contribution. Experienced: You have professional experience in the warehousing and logistics industry, especially in the automotive industry. Interested and a quick learner: We don't need you to be an expert on cars, but we do want you to have a genuine interest in cars and always be interested in learning more. Experienced communicator: You speak and write English and Dutch well and know how to express your opinions clearly and respectfully. Digital Savvy: Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Flexible team player: You enjoy working closely with different people. Drive Safely: We require you to have a fully valid driving license.
