As a Partner Development Manager for an ISV (SaaS Independent Software Vendor), we are looking for you to bring work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and enthusiasm to the ISV to drive growth in our partner ecosystem. You will leverage your challenging thinking, sales management skills, deep understanding of technology platforms, industry knowledge and world-class interpersonal skills to enable our ISVs to deliver market-defining solutions to our customers. Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related higher degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and several years of experience in ISV management, sales, developer, business development in technology industry or similar field. Experience working with ISVs and strong knowledge of business development, consulting platform sales, and pipeline management. Ability to review forecasts, assess and mitigate risk and align sales strategies with business priorities. Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to influence and reach mutually beneficial agreements. Executive Relations: Confidence and ability to engage with senior management (C-level) and raise and resolve concerns about existing projects, programs or solutions. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, Dutch and French are an advantage. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on business and technical issues to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

ISV Development and Growth

You will develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans aligned with Global Recruitment goals to help ISVs grow their businesses. You promote cloud usage and lead technical discussions. Their plans consider short- and long-term goals, architectural concepts, and performance expectations that are consistent with partners' needs and capabilities.

ISV Sales and Acceleration

You will develop go-to-market plans and joint sales execution strategies, lead ISV channel reviews, and guide partners to transform their strategies around sales and consumption. They facilitate collaboration between partners and Global Recruitment sales teams to overcome obstacles, compete, and make recommendations to achieve consumption and revenue goals. You'll work with your partners to seize the best opportunities, follow Global Recruitment sales methodologies and prioritize deals through the marketplace when possible.

ISV Performance and Impact

You will be responsible for the performance of Global Recruitment ISVs and be responsible for maintaining regular contact with leadership, sales, and technical teams to identify and resolve execution impediments and improve performance. They drive the adoption, use and performance of programs and investments that contribute to income and consumption. If execution does not meet expectations, it is your responsibility to correct the faulty plan.

Build Business Relationships

You will build trusted advisory relationships with C-level executives at complex ISVs, aligning their priorities, strategies, and goals with Global Recruitment to create mutually beneficial customer programs and achieve strategic alignment and growth.
