We are seeking an innovative and experienced Leadership Development (LD) Business Partner to implement our strategy and roadmap to develop Global Recruitment Customer Service leaders in the Americas. This position is based in London, Ireland, Germany and Italy and requires up to ⚠% travel.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Create and implement regional LD ​​addendum consistent with the CS LD annual customer service roadmap.
  • Influence senior management and stakeholders; you have effective consulting skills to influence in all directions and at all levels.
  • Demonstrate expert presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Design and implement LD programs as needed that are specific to the needs of the region.
  • Create instructional and performance support materials; design evaluation methods to determine program impact.
  • Assist with annual needs assessments to determine required LD capabilities in the region.
  • Create and implement effective change management processes within the LDBP function, CS LD and regional stakeholder groups.
  • Provide leadership development and executive coaching to senior customer service leaders.
  • Collect, report and analyze LD metrics to provide monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders.
  • Deliver results with little oversight in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including interpersonal communication, written communication, and classroom and virtual facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced business and human resources skills, including advanced problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a willingness to verbally self-criticize.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as business, education, instructional design, organizational development or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in management and leadership development, organizational development, team facilitation, coaching and training design, including experience working with leadership development business partners.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing leaders/stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate project management skills, including managing details and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
  • Influence senior management and stakeholders; you have effective consulting skills to influence in all directions and at all levels.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience using and presenting data for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced instructional design skills, including assessment methodologies; global design experience.
  • Master's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Certified executive coaching experience.
  • Foreign posting; experience working in another country.
  • Cross-functional experience in areas outside of training and development.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
