Packaging & Logistics Manager

Job Description:

Position: Logistiek & Verpakkingsmanager

Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements and enhancements to processes in storage and production
• Manage a team of approximately ⚠ employees in logistics, planning, warehouse management, and packaging
• Collaborate with the team to plan production, manage inventory, arrange transport and storage, and provide exceptional customer service
• Coach and lead the Packaging & Logistics department for professional growth
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
• Measure and analyze department effectiveness focusing on inventory levels, delivery times, and customer satisfaction
• Recognize and implement improvements such as process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
• Set and achieve department goals and budgets

Requirements:

• Master's degree with at least five years of relevant leadership experience
• Inspire and encourage team for independent development
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
• Customer-oriented, critical thinker with good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to remain calm under stress and provide quality solutions
• Practical and hands-on approach
