Background
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for site safety; work optimization; materials, equipment and sustainable resources to maximize product availability and meet customer expectations with exceptional quality and service. The incumbent must drive employee engagement and empowerment throughout the facility.

YOUR MISSION
Be responsible for financial goals and budgets. Project management and results accountability for all budget lines and other initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in service center performance in all key areas (health and safety, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.). Implement and maintain health, safety and environmental safeguards in the SC to ensure the availability of required production capacity. Responsibility for quality performance. Maintain and control BRC, ISO⚠ and ISO⚠ management systems, including compliance with local legal requirements. Manage food safety and monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Responsible for the management and development of factory employees. Drive an agenda of engagement and empowerment for all employees to drive results year after year. Brambles engagement score increases. Cultivate on-site management teams (POLT) and build high-performance teams (CHEP factories). Implement inclusion, equity and diversity goals, including the Women in Plants initiative. Ensure accurate reporting: Regularly review inventory cycles and control inventory, inventory turns, inventory levels and material handling. Maintain comprehensive management data and procedures to achieve a high level of inventory accuracy. Escalate inventory control issues. Support a high level of customer service through complaints and secure access as needed.

Your Profile
Management experience in a factory operations or logistics environment. Worked at factory manager level. Experience in project management, business and systems analysis. Experienced lean or continuous improvement advocate. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional and multi-level interactions and working in matrix organizations. Experience working in a high-volume/goal-oriented manufacturing environment preferred. Lead and deliver results across multi-site, pan-European locations, working with multilingual teams and worker sites. Experience of leading and managing union relations at a high level. Fluent in Dutch and English.
