Your mission. Design, lead and drive operational excellence:

You are an expert and leader in end-to-end operations and systems across the market, from order to vehicle delivery. You will regularly review national key performance indicators, track trends and work with management to ensure continued success.

Analyze, develop and improve:

We want you to be able to analyze, develop and improve processes related to logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance/collections, vehicle delivery and all other required documentation and operational procedures in your market.

Build cross-functional collaboration:

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in sales, delivery and service to capture growth opportunities.

Develop your team:

Inspire world-class customer experiences:

Design operations in your markets to: minimize vehicle dwell time and lost production, accelerate the execution of pre-delivery activities, optimize vehicle and customer readiness, and deliver a superior customer experience.

Strategize:

Work with market leaders to develop optimal operational strategies for market growth. You develop and drive strategic decisions for the operating organization to meet current and future needs.
