We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated HR Manager with a passion for logistics to join our operations team in DC Winterslag in the role of Operations Support Manager. As a member of the management team, you will have a direct impact on the company and be expected to contribute to helping improve the local organization, whilst always keeping in mind the impact on the entire supply chain. You will lead and coach your team to enable the department to deliver goods within agreed time and quality at the lowest possible operating cost, with a customer focus and consideration of the entire supply chain.

In addition, you will:

  • Responsible for improving DC/CDC operational efficiencies to reduce costs, improve productivity and employee morale, with a focus on the entire supply chain.
  • Support and participate in global and local projects to find efficient and innovative ways to optimize DC/CDC logistics processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Customer centricity to ensure goods are delivered within ⚠% lead time with higher fill rates to ensure goods availability in line with global service agreements.
  • Responsible for developing the logistics capabilities of DC/CDC to implement and follow the E&B Link warehouse concept for its own team.
  • Inform employees of plans and results and explain their general significance
  • Communicate and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, i.e. H. IWL, WMS Officers, Transportation/Planning Group etc.
  • Support and implement the ideals of HR philosophy in recruitment, training, development and leadership. You are an ambassador for E&B Link's culture and values, both internally and externally.

Your key skills are in leading others, networking and communicating, promoting values ​​and ethics, while always being customer-focused. You are passionate about people. They can inspire and motivate. You are adept at implementing structured working methods within your area of ​​responsibility and have the ability to ensure changes are accepted by your team and become embedded in the way they work. You have a bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in logistics or economics) or equivalent professional experience. You have good knowledge of English and Dutch or are eager to learn more!
