Clarivate is seeking an operational expert to join our dynamic content strategy and management team.

The Operational Excellence Analyst will play a significant role in creating a base of knowledge regarding IP within the company.

• Facilitate documentation and centralization of implicit IP content knowledge
• Standardize the company's approach and create repeatable procedures for content requirements
• Collect information from subject matter experts and document knowledge in a comprehensive manner
• Analyze content and methods for collecting information; update knowledge base regularly
• Implement solutions for metadata and content-related problems
• Write functional requirements for technical solutions in content technology
• Draw conclusions and recommendations based on content analysis
• Communicate conclusions effectively in professional reports

The position offers a flexible ⚠-hour work week, with a combination of office and remote work.
