Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- cultivate a high degree of customer satisfaction for all questions regarding support, following the correct procedures, support channels, and tasks with an agile mindset.
- Help as many employees as possible by taking on problems and converting technical information into clear and concise forms, then returning it to them.
- The recording of information, events, problems, etc. in the respective logs of resolution. Describe and resolve the issue with the greatest degree of effectiveness and efficiency. Control processes that are remote and on-site for the local, zone, and global participants. Oversee the effective running of processes in order to ensure the achievement of SLAs and customer satisfaction.
- Discover and implement ways to improve procedures, increase quality, increase productivity, and improve service. Create initiatives that are appropriate for remote and on-site support. Help standardize the methods of working within the team of Europe (INC, REQ, PRB management, KCS, Agile, etc.)
- Accountable for the management of IT assets in the workplace, including the maintenance of licenses and images.
- Recognize the value of attending IT training sessions in order to increase the total knowledge of IT in the organization.
Requirements:
- University degree or relevant work experience
- At least three to one-hundred years of experience in Information Technology Operations, specifically in regards to IT Support.
- Advanced organization and collaboration abilities as well as effective communication (both written and verbal).
- Elevated service mindset, motivated achiever who is happy providing exceptional customer assistance.
- Excellent understanding of computers, mobile devices, and other technology products. Diagnose and resolve difficult technical issues.
- Analytical, specific, and resolution abilities. The ability to effectively focus and execute tasks in an intense environment. Fluent English.
- The knowledge of additional European languages from Western Europe (Dutch, French) is beneficial.
- The utilization of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at a higher level of complexity is considered paramount.
