O&M Engineer, Support Engineer - Energy EMEA


Global Recruitment are key technical members of the Global RecruitmentEMEA service organization focused on the care, operations, and maintenance of Global Recruitment's utility-scale battery storage and boosting facilities. Working within the Field Support team and with direct liaison with the Field Service Manager, Service Engineering, Tool Engineering and Deployment teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class troubleshooting, service solutions and maintenance methods throughout the commissioning and operations of the responsible assets. life.

As an Operations Engineer you will have a high degree of operational autonomy, have hands-on experience in asset balancing, energy storage or electric vehicle charging products and be a reliable operator in the EMEA region with a focus on Benelux Multitasker area.

Your mission:

  • Remotely troubleshoot factory misbalance issues discovered and escalated by the technical support engineering team.
  • Drive high-impact service activities on behalf of EMEA service organization engineers and implement service solutions to maximize Global Recruitment product performance and associated factory balance.
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures for various maintenance activities related to Global Recruitment energy storage and supercharger equipment and related asset balancing.
  • Work closely with the delivery team during the sales, design and construction phases to ensure project maintainability and implementation of contract service requirements.
  • Develop and implement spare parts strategies to maximize plant operating efficiency.
  • Develop and coordinate high and medium voltage transition plans with subcontractors and internal stakeholders across the EMEA region.
  • Safe work practices surrounding high/medium voltage balancing of Global Recruitment equipment and facilities.
  • Manage external parties such as authorities, network operators and property owners as required.
  • Assist facility managers and technical support teams in managing customer relationships.
  • Support project handoffs between deployments and services.

Votre Contribution Benelux Region:

  • LV/HV Conversion Authorized Personnel: NEN⚠ + NEN ⚠ IV WV Certification
  • B.S. or Master required
  • ⚠+ years of experience in electrical engineering or construction engineering across Functional Experience

Ability to travel flexibly (up to ⚠% of time) to support on-site activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, with regular visits to the Amsterdam office.
