Our client, a successful international company located in Auderghem, is hiring an Office Assistant to join their team. The Office Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and Management Assistant, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Directors.

The main responsibilities include:

• Managing Directors' agendas
• Organizing business trips from A to Z
• Handling expenses
• Welcome and assist visitors
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Coordinating catering services
• Arranging transportation when necessary

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
