Level ⚠ Support

This team is responsible for day-to-day support of Microsoft applications related to Office ⚠, browser support, and some Adobe Suite products.

• Provide customer-focused product development support for Microsoft⚠, Office⚠, browsers and Adobe products.
• Manage incidents and requests related to supported activities.
• Provide real-time customer support for faster case resolution.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex cases, validate cases for escalation to backline, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
• As a Knowledge Champion, he/she is the single point of contact for communication, coordination and overall compliance for Microsoft⚠ and Office ⚠ Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Work closely with frontline support and other technology dependent departments.
• Serve as an escalation and point of contact for vendors such as Microsoft and Adobe for critical requirements or issues requiring their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle/resolve incidents and requests
• Open tickets/handled by ⚠st or ⚠nd tier support team can be assigned to your support team and you should be able to handle or resolve them
• Liaise with end users for updates
• More information or test as needed.

Required qualifications

• Good spoken and written knowledge of English and French (minimum B⚠).
• Minimum ⚠ years of professional experience in a similar role
• Certified ITIL fundamentals (minimum)
• Strong infrastructure background with solid understanding of servers and Active Directory. Outstanding
• Proficient in user-centric Microsoft solutions, Teams, Office ⚠ and other browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome).
• Familiarity with Adobe products.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn processes quickly.
• Have good teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle pressure.
• Punctual, attentive and reliable
• Comfortable in an international and multicultural work environment.
