Job Summary

At PTRS Experts (DFS), the Host Services and Data Communications (HSDC) department is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Host Services (OASE, Petrol Manager, SMOS, PSE, Konnect, etc.). .) For us, the customer is responsible for the network services provided. Setting up and maintaining connectivity and security systems and applications for customers and partners' HSDC applications will be your primary focus.

As a Cyber ​​Security Engineer, you will be a member of the technical backbone of the Systems business unit in the EMEA region. You will train primarily part-time and become part of a professional team in an international environment.

Main tasks:

• Daily operation, maintenance and setup of network products (connections to gas stations, banks and partners).
• Daily operation, maintenance and setup of security products (firewall, IPS, SIEM, FIM, WAF and related management tools).
• Maintain and improve site router configuration and management tools (SQL, Excel, and Perl scripts).
• Interfaces with internal teams and external (support) organizations.
• Participate in mandatory certification programs (e.g. PCI-DSS, GDPR) and mandatory periodic internal and external audits and re-certifications.

The goal is to get a complete picture of the connectivity of all gas stations over time.

Profile

• Higher education knowledge (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science/ICT, Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge (preferably professional experience) of: Cisco IOS (Routers and Switches) and Cisco ISE CheckPoint (Gateway and SmartConsole) Juniper (SRX and Space) Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) WAF (Cloudflare) MS Office Suite (word, Excel, Outlook,...).
• Scripting Language (Perl or Python) Database Engine (SQL Server) – Terminology for MS Azure Programming Language Introduction.
• Competencies Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch will be a great advantage but is not mandatory. Other languages ​​welcome.
