We are currently looking for a national recruiter for a Belgian landscaping company based in Lundzell.

The National Recruiter will:

• Lead Belgium’s blue-collar to white-collar recruitment efforts and manage external suppliers.
• Serve as a point of contact for dynamic business partners, managers and local units.
• Drive the human resources strategy forward by actively participating in the formulation and implementation of the human resources strategy.
• Enhance your employer brand through ambassadorship, campus recruiting and engagement events.

Requirements:

• Initial experience in recruiting is a great advantage (internship or first professional experience)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficient in Dutch and proficient in French.
• Proactive personality and good communication skills.
