Your Responsibilities

• Communicate and provide comprehensive cross-border strategic advice on large, complex global projects. You will receive a designated set of accounts.
• Participate in all global solicitations and defense/retention reviews to ensure MA services are properly articulated and utilized.
• Provide global services CE roles to an identified portfolio of clients.
• Strategic operator engagement.
• Advising on the structuring of global projects with complex regulatory issues.
• Developing, selling and delivering valuable ad hoc projects (surveys, heat maps, cross-border briefings, new market entry themes and risk management matters) for multinational clients including international risk reviews, local Strategic meeting office updates and involvement in major acquisitions, mergers or divestitures.
• Service issues within the Marsh network and insurance companies escalated.
• Enhance MA's external profile through conferences, publications, and other media channels.
• Develop knowledge management and marketing materials (including case studies) to demonstrate clearly differentiated MNC value propositions and service offerings for internal and external purposes to target audiences.
• Develop global knowledge and sharing within MNCs by acting as a mentor to MNC colleagues.
• Provide further career opportunities within skills.

Your Qualifications

• Cross-border experience in the insurance industry.
• Understand the business and customer business issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Broad expertise in English, Dutch and/or French ideally suited to enhance the sales and customer relationship experience.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Complete competency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
