Position: Monitoring Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Monitoring Analyst with a passion for technology to join our team! Your position will be pivotal in surveying the systems and infrastructure at our customer's site in Haren, serving as a leading aviator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively surveying systems and infrastructure
• Tracking alerts raised by internal monitoring
• Applying methods to fix systems and services
• Providing first-line assistance to customers via phone, email, and walk-in
• Health checks for IT components
• Reviewing technical specifications

Professional abilities and necessary qualifications:

• ⚠+ year of experience in Networking Support
• Understanding of network topologies (LAN/WAN) and TCP
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows platforms
• Good knowledge of infrastructure assistance
• Capacity to read, write, and speak English
