You'll:

• Maintenance, Repair, and Improvements: Using RW Connect-specific software and advanced tools, you'll perform remote repairs and maintenance on all types of RW Connect vehicles. You're willing to travel for cell phone repairs. It is a self-employed activity that takes place mainly on the road visiting clients. Depending on the requirement, you may need to visit a service center.
• Ensure the highest quality: first-time fix. We trust you to carefully inspect our vehicles before return and prior to delivery and to work to the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate across teams (local and regional) to share support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
• Development: We prepare you for success. Our dedicated in-house training team provides you with training on RW Connect-specific technologies and electric vehicle repairs.

Your Contributions

You are:

• Technically Savvy: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs in the automotive, aerospace, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: you have the appropriate certification to carry out vehicle repairs in Belgium.
• Good communicator: You speak and write well in Dutch and English and know how to express your points clearly and respectfully.
• Safe driving: We require that you have held a full European driving license (Class B car) for at least two years.
• Flexible: You can work shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts.
