As an Accounting Assistant at a family business, you, as a back office manager, ensure that everything is processed correctly. Your tasks include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and bank statements
  • Checking sales invoices
  • Monthly tax returns
  • Payment processing for customers and suppliers
  • Follow-up on customer and partner payments
  • Insurance monitoring (policy management, ...)

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Dutch and French
  • Prior experience in accounting or invoicing
  • Significant salary increase with meal vouchers
