The leader of the Automation (m/f) - Pioneering role in a leading Pharma Device Company

Your Mission:

The Automation's Head will lead a talented team dedicated to improving the development, production, and management of complex automation systems.

• Innovation and Development: Creating functional specifications that are comprehensive for new systems, defining cutting-edge automation architecture, managing budgets, and coordinating efforts between international teams in order to create integrated solutions.
• Project Leadership: Discussing client concerns, evaluating effects, managing change, and leading project completion, including direct support during installation.
• Life cycle oversight: Streamlining the configuration of software, troubleshooting, handling post-harvest alterations, and traversing the difficulties associated with obsolescence of components.
• Team Management: Directing a team of dedicated automation engineers, allocating resources to projects according to their demands, and communicating with the Technical Director in order to ensure strategic consistency.

Necessary Experience: A master's degree in Automation Engineering. At least ⚠ years of experience in the field of machine automation, this should be in a regulated environment. Mastery of automation platforms and robots with a proven track record in the complex execution of projects. Demonstrated leadership that was characterized by a love of the team and a desire to promote their growth and development. Fluent in both French and English; a German language is beneficial but not necessary.
