Global Recruitment As a (Assistant, Senior, Supervisor) Body Shop Technician - MET (Mechanical, Electrical and Trim), you will perform a variety of technical vehicle repairs, both supervised and unsupervised, with an emphasis on continually developing your technical skills. Your Mission:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Global Recruitment vehicles, with or without supervision, according to skill level, following all Global Recruitment repair guidelines and according to accepted quality levels and safety instructions.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of multiple Global Recruitment vehicle systems and subsystems and perform accurate technical record keeping and management to ensure all internal systems are current.
• Clean and detail vehicles as needed and inspect vehicles prior to delivery to customers.
• After repairs are completed, work with senior technicians and progress to more advanced tasks during the development process.
• Continuously learn and develop your knowledge and skills.
• Operate a variety of hand and power shop tools and use Global Recruitment-specific software and vehicle diagnostic tools.
• Work across teams and collaborate with other technicians and body shop personnel to solve problems and establish best practices.
• Possess excellent time management skills to effectively manage priorities, organize own workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Identify and remove damaged MET components from damaged vehicles/light commercial vehicles and replace these components before and after body repair work is carried out.

You are trained in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline and have extensive technical professional experience in the automotive industry or related industries (aviation, engines, electrical engineering, marine, aviation, other mechanical or industrial machinery, etc.).

Problem Solving: You are well organized, able to think ahead to solutions to challenges, able to effectively manage multiple priorities, organize your workload and complete tasks on time.

• Follow all Global Recruitment-specified repair guidelines in accordance with recognized quality levels and safety instructions.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of multiple Global Recruitment vehicle systems and subsystems and perform accurate technical documentation and management to ensure all internal systems are up to date.
• Global Recruitment and maintains vehicles as needed, inspects vehicles before delivery to customer or after repairs are completed.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and learn as you go, developing your knowledge and skills and progressing to more advanced tasks.
• Operate a variety of manual and power shop tools and use Global Recruitment-specific software and vehicle diagnostic tools.
• Work across teams and collaborate with other technicians and body shop employees to solve problems and identify best practices: Manage priorities effectively, organize own workload, and meet strict deadlines by demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Identify damaged MET components on damaged vehicles/light commercial vehicles and remove and install these components before and after body repair work.

Qualifications: You are mechanically trained or training in the field of electrical engineering and extensive technical professional experience in the automotive industry or related industries (aviation, engines, electrical engineering, marine, aviation, other machinery or industrial machinery, etc.).
