Job Description

Berner is the leading provider of chemical products for the B⚠B industry in Europe. Your Tasks:

1. Deploy the 'Service strategy' in Benelux, including necessary local alterations.
2. Optimize service processes with the local Service Leader.
3. Acquire information about customer usage of services, areas of improvement, and how you compare to other solutions.
4. Create marketing resources to promote Berner services.
5. Research the market for potential white spaces.
6. Rotate and communicate survey results with the International Team and Segment Management.
7. Provide feedback regarding the local value proposition and initiatives and projects.
8. Initiate changes based on analytical findings with Marketing Analytics, Life-Cycle Management of Regional Origin.
9. Educate and promote both current and past services to salespeople during the testing and implementation of new services.
10. Function as a sparring partner for the Marketing and Sales Teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree ideally related to Marketing or equivalent through professional marketing experience.
• At least ⚠ years of experience in Marketing or selling directly.
• Good communication and presentation abilities, able to convert Berner product attributes into marketable features.
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
