Marketing & Customer Journey Expert

The Value Proposition and Go-to-market team attempts to assist with the sales of digital solutions to clients of P&DC Partners in all fields of business (Retail, Corporate, and Public sector). The team is responsible for digital marketing projects that involve customer journeys, direct marketing, and beyond the insurance service's definition. In order to augment the team, we are seeking out a Marketing and Customer Journey expert. In more concrete terms, your job is to:

• Help with the implementation of the global marketing strategy initiatives, based on the P&DC Partners strategy.
• Develop, implement, or enhance digital customer journeys and services that will help to increase sales and please the customers by adding value to our insurance products.
• Create value propositions that support the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing customers in close collaboration with other departments.
• Upsell and cross-sell campaigns should be employed while also ensuring that the entire customer journey is supported.
• Contribute to the goals of P&DC Partners's marketing by creating content that has a positive impact on the intended customer segment.
• Keep an eye on the competitors and provide information about initiatives that are associated with your field of work.

Who are you?

• Holder of a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with proven professional experiences
• You have ⚠ years of experience in Marketing
• A wealth of knowledge regarding insurance, products from the bank, and investments is beneficial to have as a bonus
• You are fluent in French and Dutch, and have a good knowledge of English
• You have strong project management abilities.
