Global Recruitment is seeking a dynamic, engaging and experienced CEO to lead the company into a successful future with an increasing focus on the circular economy. As Managing Director, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Global Recruitment’s activities to maximize company profits and grow the business. You will be required to provide leadership, direction and management of all aspects of the event to ensure objectives are achieved.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspired leadership to the organization and create a culture of collaboration between departments.
• In the growing market for end-of-life solutions for polyurethane foam products, maintaining and establishing a network of raw material suppliers, as well as the development of new applications, play a key role in the further development of the company.
• Timelines that support and maintain existing short- and medium-term goals.
• Develop mid- to long-term goals in consultation with the U.S. Board of Directors.
• Work closely with local management teams to ensure implementation of strategic plans and develop, implement and optimize operational policies and processes.
• Responsible for managing all profit and loss statements and financial operations of the company.
• Serve as the company's primary spokesperson.
• Support sales, operations and management teams and promote constructive collaboration.
• Provide support to the product innovation activities of the R&D team.
• Stimulate and support the growth of commercial activity through new partnerships with global suppliers.
• Keep company culture consistent with the parent company’s values.
• Build an ecosystem of international alliances and partners.
• Reports to the Board of Directors monthly and holds weekly meetings with the President of the parent company.

Minimum bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent preferred. Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English. French and German are advantages. Proven success in integrated leadership roles with P&L responsibility, balance sheet and cash flow management in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels. Willingness to travel within Europe several times per month Results-oriented, action-oriented, can-do mentality. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, suppliers, customers and employees. Ability to evaluate emerging issues and take decisive action quickly and accurately when necessary. Leading by example inspires and builds trust and confidence; you have a great sense of humor and a normal and balanced self.
