Job Description:

Position: Strategic Workforce Manager

Location: Global Recruitment Belgium

Your Tasks:

• Partner with management and the board of Global Recruitment Belgium
• Understand, promote, and optimize the white-collar population
• Report to the director of workforce management
• Work closely with BU Belgium
• Develop workforce planning strategies
• Provide analytical and strategic insights
• Support teams in improving efficiency
• Help with transformation initiatives
• Facilitate discussions on balancing demand and supply of workers
• Utilize HR analytics to focus on strategic solutions

Requirements:

• ⚠-⚠ years of HR experience
• Thorough understanding of English and second national language
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of HR analytics and (Gen)AI
