Manager, Solution Architect, Data, and All HRV Staffing Locations at TLR Match Partners (HRV Staffing) is a large fast-moving consumer goods corporation and the world's leading independent bottler of VRHD Solutions.

The purpose of the job is to work in the L⚠ region "Master Data Management", this includes the application of principles of data architecture to govern and design data structures.

The position owner will promote the management of the overarching master data model design and will assist in the distribution of concepts that will promote all application and the HRV Staffing business. The management of technical projects in all areas, including time, budget and quality, should be according to the requirements of the business and provided with exceptional knowledge for projects. Alongside its counterparts, it ensures quality service by providing essential ⚠-level support to the respective application and maintaining a positive relationship with third party providers.

What is expected of you:

Design, development and distribution of innovative services that support the HRV Staffing businesses
Develop and implement services in close association with IT Business Partners and the Business, considering the architecture of the company.
Help IT Business Partners understand the difficulty of implementing a business case calculation with a solid data management solution that is both professional and rapid.
Providing exceptional knowledge for projects.
The management of technological projects in terms of time, cost and quality in accordance with business requirements.
Select external service providers that are in close association with the strategic vendor management and manage external service providers regarding the implementation of projects.
Enforce the appropriate standards for project methodology (agile or waterfall), ensure the ⚠rd level support of relevant application services, and have a minimum of ⚠ years of experience in positions related to project management and the implementation of solutions in business areas.
