YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

• As the head of the department, you will promote a safety culture and make sure that the rules are understood and followed by your department.
• You are responsible for sharing responsibilities with other supervisors and team members. This promotes personal growth and development for all of them.
• You ensure that the primary focus of your team is always on our customers, this is accomplished by constant communication with them and taking actions to improve their customer experience.
• You convert the national strategy of B&C Connect into a business plan for your store, along with the other department heads, this will help to preserve the position of B&C Connect as the leading provider of interior design in the local community.
• You ensure that the offer of food from B&C Connect is relevant through a combination of products and a presentation that promotes the products, you manage the volume of food, and you prioritize commercial goals.
