Job Description: Program Manager at Global Recruitment Development

The Global Recruitment Development (TD) team creates training and development solutions that preserve customers and employees from harm. As the Program Manager, you direct a team responsible for monitoring, reporting, and occasionally completing the program/projects within TD. Successfully oversee all of the project's lifecycle (from concept to delivery). This position necessitates analytical ability, attention to detail, the ability to create a work breakdown structure (WBS), and exceptional written and verbal communication. The position requires a sense of urgency, the capacity to influence and make sound decisions, and a willingness to take on responsibility. This individual will have to collaborate effectively with leaders, customers, partners, and members of the TD team. The proper candidate for the role should have a comprehensive background in project management, should be able to adapt and succeed in an ever-present environment, and should not have any ambiguity or competing goals. Create and execute plans that backward-engineer solutions to problems with complexity, providing crucial solutions, significant improvements, new methods, or deprecating processes that are no longer relevant. Own the cadence, agendas, and the content of team discussions and establish standards for the quality of materials presented and instruct people on how to most effectively utilize their allocated time. Understanding the interdependences of business issues being addressed (e.g., consistent workflows, customer demands, process limitations, legal or regulatory requirements, program support, etc.). You have an influence on the priorities of the team and the strategy of business through your data-based contributions. You determine the priority of projects, the allocation of resources (e.g., direct current employees to participate in the project, budget, travel, etc.), and/or the program's implementation, which will lead to a desired business result. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience, including Directors and VPs. You promote positive discussion, reconcile conflicting opinions, and lead the process of reaching a consensus. The partner is successful with customers, partners, and engineering teams. Program/project managers that are mentors for others. You're a simplifier. You cautiously incorporated, refined, and removed procedures. By following the principles of project management, you increase the efficiency and productivity of the teams you collaborate with. Participate in and compose strategy documents, OP⚠, QBR's, and budget projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or another related field
• Experience running global programs or projects across multiple countries and time zones
• Experience utilizing data and metrics to improve processes
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to higher ups
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring in a virtual environment

Preferred qualifications:

• ⚠ Sigma Green Belt
• Process management expertise
• Current PMP or PgMP certification
