How You Do It Responsibilities:
People Management
As a manager, you lead by example by empowering and holding your team to account. You are the model, coach, and take care of your team members, all of this is part of our culture, values, and principles. You assist them in establishing and achieving goals that are both lucid and challenging, you also assist them in growing professionally and personally.
Scale Customer Engagement
You employ your understanding of resources to address any impediments to customer interaction. You aggregate and increase the volume of common issues, and ensure quality and consistency by following rules and regulations. You direct your team's efforts and provide them with the guidance necessary to maximize the impact of their customer interactions, focusing on opportunities and taking a priority of how they should be addressed.
Leverage Partner Ecosystem
You instruct your team in how to grow their partner network, recognizing and filling in gaps, and promoting their partner within the Global Recruitment ecosystem. You work with your counterpart at the manager level to overcome obstacles or relieve impedes.
Strategy
It grants your team the ability to learn from experts and share their knowledge, additionally, it demonstrates the Global Recruitment brand's power. You lead your team in developing a strategy and executing it, you also actively seek out customers in order to find opportunities for strategic expansion.
Solution Design and Proofreading
You direct your team in creating solutions that demonstrate the capabilities of Global Recruitment products, services, and integration to customers, and you help them address technical issues and deploy solutions. You promote patterns of architecture and support across jobs or partners. You educate your team on how to sell products and transform digital, and make the technology correspond with the customer's needs.
Education
You facilitate the growth of the technical abilities of your team and the sharing of knowledge with other departments. You demonstrate new products that augment the understanding of solutions and potential collaborations between virtual teams. You promote your team's efforts to affiliate with technological communities.
Qualifications:
What qualifications are necessary for a significant role in technical pre-sales or technical guidance, including a proven history with clouds and hybrids, or on-site infrastructure, architecture, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Developing people managers are encouraged to participate in or take part in the early stages of people management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.
