Your tasks:

  • Manage customer relationships effectively to ensure success and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and relevance in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and inspire customer success strategies and efforts.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ⚠+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, or portfolio management.
