Job Description: Local IT Technician

We are currently looking for a Local IT Technician for the night shift to provide on-site customer support at our customer's residence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing local assistance for on-site employees and collaborating with a team of dedicated technicians.

• Shift Timing: ⚠:⚠ PM - ⚠:⚠ AM (Mon-Fri)
• Operate a 'walk-up' Performance Bar in the client's office to address issues in real-time.
• Support for iOS, Android, Microsoft devices, networking, and technical equipment using various software applications and services.
• Suggest improvements and evaluate new products or services.
