LEAD E&I engineer

The Principal Engineer E&I works in a multidisciplinary team to develop high-tech solutions that contribute to safe and efficient production processes and oversees projects for different clients, each with their own problems and approaches. Our process industries span the food and beverage industry (dairy, breweries, baby food, etc.), life sciences, energy and fine chemicals. During the sales phase, you will translate customer requirements into basic E&I concepts and be able to independently develop E&I calculations and quotes in consultation with our sales managers and/or account managers. You can do this based on P&IDs, URS, customer specifications, and applicable standards and guidelines. During the implementation phase of the project, you are responsible for the entire E&I scope from concept to commissioning. This includes design, engineering, execution, commissioning and completion. In consultation with team leadership, project requirements are determined and engineers/designers appointed. You will be able to translate project scope into clear tasks for engineers and lead and monitor E&I project teams. They do this taking into account available budgets and deadlines. They ensure that the B&W Partners Standards are applied correctly. You can use your experience to provide targeted feedback to improve existing processes and standards. You build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Who are you? Engineers with a bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation. At least ⚠ years of relevant industry experience.
