Lab Technician (M/F/D

Global Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician to join the growing team at Braine-l'Alleud. In this new, diverse role, you will provide scientific support to the R&D department by designing and executing scientific studies, maintaining cell lines, processing biological samples, and more. You work Monday to Friday with flexible hours and no shifts. You will receive a ⚠-month fixed-term contract, which will become permanent upon positive evaluation. Team You are part of a small, inspiring and growing team and, together with three colleagues, belong to our Laboratory and Product Services department. This division of Global Recruitment provides research and development support for the life sciences industry to major pharmaceutical companies and laboratories around the world.

What We Need Education: Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Drug Metabolism or related field preferred based on experience. Experience: Previous pharmaceutical and/or R&D experience preferred, may also come from internships. Knowledge of ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion) is an advantage. Good computer skills, especially MS Office. Excellent communication skills in English, preferably intermediate French. Hepatitis B vaccination required for laboratory work Vaccines.

How will you succeed and make an impact Design and conduct studies to understand the ADME properties of new molecular entities Demonstrate sound science Experimental Design Methods and Data Interpretation Prepare clear experimental results reports and data presentations Accurately and timely document experimental design, analytical development, experimental results, data analysis and interpretation in laboratory notebooks.

Recommend and lead new strategies within ADME to develop and implement cutting-edge technology in the field Gain visibility (internal and external) by demonstrating scientific excellence and credibility. Use radioactive isotopes. Aliquot solutions and biological materials. Support protein detection. Maintain cell lines and process biological samples.
