To augment our laboratory staff, we are seeking a lab technician. Conducting research and development projects that directly involve the production of goods, the improvement of products, the reduction of costs, the development of new products, studying competition and maintaining sustainability. Collecting samples of raw materials and finished products, performing tests and analyses on the samples using specialized equipment and methods, and preparing color samples for customers. Ensure that products achieve the desired quality and specifications. Watch over and ensure compliance with quality control processes and procedures. Calibrate and maintain the instruments and equipment in the laboratory to ensure their accuracy and consistency of results. Document and analyze test results, and be accurate in documenting findings. Describe and document any instances of deviation from the quality standards. Help the manager of theQC in the preparation of and during external quality assessments In direct contact with the production manager regarding the discussion of QC and R&D topics including the implementation of formulations or raw material changes, as well as provide technical support to customers, sales managers and product managers. Additionally, they must actively follow up the status of legislation, standards and certifications, and report to the R&D manager of Global Recruitment.
