On-site service for the Benelux region as soon as possible. You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the Benelux countries Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (e.g. Eindhoven, Utrecht, Brussels, Antwerp) as well as maintaining relationships with new customers and developing new potential with existing customers . You will independently and responsibly acquire and manage orders, working closely with our inside sales team. You create personalized quotes and delivery solutions and conduct price negotiations. In addition, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our existing clients and maintenance of contacts at various decision-making levels, an important aspect of your scope of responsibility. You will provide comprehensive advice to our clients on technical issues, taking action as a permanent advocate for the company to clients and vice versa. You will advise on the introduction of C-parts management, document requirements and provide comprehensive support in the practical implementation of innovative C-parts management. In addition, you will support the preparation and organization of client events and trade shows. You have successfully completed a business or technical vocational training or degree. Years of solid professional experience in new customer acquisition required. Knowledge of fasteners and fastening techniques is essential. Fluency in Dutch, German or English is also a mandatory requirement. You are confident in using MS Office packages and ERP systems, preferably have a Class A SAP Driving License, Class B Driving License and be willing to travel to visit your clients. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a secure appearance and confidence.
