Global Recruitment Away From Home is a division of Global Recruitment's BELUX Customer Development department dedicated to selling Global Recruitment products in the Horeca, Impulse and Convenience channels. In our portfolio we have strong brands such as Global Recruitment, Activia, Danio, Evian, Oikos and others. We maintain market leadership positions in most of the markets in which we operate. Your customers: wholesalers, cafes, hotels and restaurants in Belgium and Luxembourg. You are responsible for the coffee strategy of Global Recruitment BARISTA and EVIAN in the fine dining segment. Horeca Key Account Manager is responsible for: Account management, direct contact with fine restaurants and coffee bars, close collaboration with the marketing department, annual negotiations with existing national accounts, building and managing a strong network with clients and organizations. He/she acquires new customers and develops existing (international) domestic hotel and other restaurant chains. Independently prepare business plans annually. Independently prepare and manage all client discussions, including annual discussions. Perfect execution of promotional plan. Proactively collaborate with accounts Marketing and Category Management for scope management Support field sales/service support National Horeca trade shows Collaborate across internal departments Deeply collaborate with all internal departments such as Category Management, Marketing, Finance and D⚠D. Collaboration/management of internal projects such as developing strategic annual category plans Attending internal and external meetings Pre-GPS sales-team and requirement review meetings Coordination meetings with sales team Various project meetings Analysis and planning activities Accurate sales through review and monitoring Forecasting Budget Responsibility for forecasting and controlling the client's A&P budget Responsibility for client profitability Provides a holistic overview Belux National Accounts Area: Identifying and forecasting sales/consumption trends About your first experience in the Out of Home channel, Account Management or Coffee and Gourmet Program Affinity . Barista experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of account and spend drivers in the out-of-home channel, particularly in the restaurant industry. Almost native speaker of Dutch and French and good knowledge of English (must be able to communicate with clients and daily stakeholders). Excellent analytical skills. About you. First experience with outdoor channels, account management or projects. Love of coffee and gourmet food. Barista experience is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of accounts and consumption factors in the out-of-home channel, especially in the restaurant industry.
