Your Mission:

Our After Sales team at the Brian Laler facility consists of approximately ⚠ employees and is currently looking for a Key Account Coordinator to strengthen the team.

What will your job be?

  • Generate regular reports on sales levels, profits, market trends and customer contacts.
  • Lead and/or support market benchmarks.
  • Recommend changes to products, services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Provide after-sales service to customers and support Key Account Managers: assist with inquiry tracking, generate credit/invoice requests, track warranty cases, assist accounting team with payment tracking, assist marketing team with promotions, track all daily customer inquiries, etc.
  • Serve as a coordinator between customer service, warehouse, marketing team, product team and sales team.

Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in sales/business.
  • Experience in industrial environments.
  • Customer-centric.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferably automotive industry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
