• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Previous Experience: First internships or student experience in administration, sales, or logistics
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• IT Skills: Proficient in contemporary IT applications
• Attributes: Curious, motivated, critical thinker, and solution-oriented
